Ali Anderson

Ali Anderson has been working in the field of ABA since 2003 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since May 2010.  She began her journey as a behavior technician in a home program while earning her undergraduate degree, during which she developed a great passion for delivering behavior analytic services.  In 2007, she began working as a behavior technician for an Indianapolis based ABA provider offering center-based services.  In 2008, she began providing behavior consultation services at the same facility to clients as a Program Coordinator while working on requirements to become a BCBA.   A few years later, as a BCBA, Ali began specializing in staff training and performance management, taking responsibility for tasks such as modifying company-wide performance standards and monitoring systems for behavior technicians, developing needed content for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, providing and overseeing supervision to BCBA candidates, and supporting and facilitating the continued professional growth of certified BCBAs and BCaBAs on staff.  Most recently, she has spent the last two years providing remote supervision to BCBA candidates for a large ABA provider based in Michigan before joining the Bridges Autism Therapies team in November 2018.

She received her Bachelors in Psychology from Butler University in 2005 and her Masters in School Psychology from Ball State University in 2006.  She completed her behavior analytic coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology.  She is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis (HABA) and a certified Instructor for Professional Crisis Management.  Outside of work, Ali loves to spend time with her husband and two dogs, run half marathons, cheer for Butler basketball, and take trips to Disney World!

Ashley Pruiett

ABA Therapist

Ashley is currently an ABA Therapist at Bridges Autism Therapies who is working on obtaining her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. She loves every experience, good or bad because it gives us the knowledge to continue to grow. Gaining knowledge, in turn, makes every single experience important for growth. The best experience is seeing a child’s eyes light up when they meet a goal or accomplish an entirely new one. Ashley graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Law & Society. A fun fact about Ashley is that she is 27% Irish according to her ancestry DNA results.

Brittani Marts

Center Operations Director

Brittani Marts is responsible for overseeing all center operations for the Evansville Center. Brittani has been apart of the Bridges Autism Therapies team since opening in 2017. She was a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from 2017 to 2019. Before joining Bridges Autism Therapies, she worked as a Program Coordinator where she supported individuals with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). After hours, Brittani loves to travel and spending time with her family.

Hanna Gobeille

Hanna Gobeille is the Center and Community Coordinator for Bridges Autism Therapies Lafayette location. Hanna loves the quote, “If you’re not making someone else’s life better, then you’re wasting your time. Your life will become better by making other lives better.” Hanna loves to witness any experience where a child learns something novel–seeing the look of pure excitement in their eyes is extremely uplifting. She graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with minors in Psychology and Public Health. Hanna’s career goals include going back to school to receive her MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management. A fun fact about Hanna is that she played Varsity Women’s Lacrosse in college and was a first-team All-Conference player.

Jacqueline Ratcliffe

Registered Behavioral Technician

Jacqueline Ratcliffe is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for Bridges Autism Therapies. Originally from Henderson Kentucky, she is very family oriented and loves spending time with her husband and animals. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies and Continuing Education from Murray State University. At Murray, she maintained a 4.0 GPA, and was placed on the Dean’s List. While obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, Jacqueline wrote a book that is published at Waterfield Library, Murray, Kentucky. Her publication is titled, “Putting The Pieces Together: Autism Spectrum Disorder.” Her book covers possible causes of Autism and different interventions that can impact the life of children with ASD. Jacqueline loves being a teacher and RBT, and having the opportunity to make an impact on the development of children with Autism.

Jennifer Lanham

President and Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Jennifer Lanham is the President and Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Bridges Autism Therapies. She is creating high-quality, comprehensive ABA (Applied Behavior Analysist) treatment centers for children and adolescents with Autism and other related disorders. Knowing that Autism has touched 1:68 children, Jennifer has turned her passion for service into treating persons and families impacted by Autism and mentoring staff to ensure top-level training and outcomes.

Jessica Bell

ABA Therapist

Jessica’s favorite part about working at Bridges Autism Therapies is the kids and a great host of coworkers. She absolutely loves how positive the team is each day! Everyone is always willing to help out around the center and one another. Jessica’s future goals include returning to the university setting to obtain a degree in sociology. A fun fact about Jessica is that she loves hot wings and crab legs!

Jessica Wilson

Born and raised in Evansville, Jessica attended the University of Evansville to obtain a major in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Reading. She soon added a minor in Special Education where her passion for helping children grew. Jessica has been a lead special education teacher at Westside Catholic School’s St. Agnes Campus for the past 5 years. She has helped implement Minds in Motion, Response to Intervention and the use of a sensory room. Jessica is currently working on becoming an RBT at Bridges. In her free time Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends and planning her upcoming wedding.

Katie Steinkamp

Katie Steinkamp is a BCBA for Bridges Autism Therapies. Katie was born and raised in Evansville, IN and recently moved back to the area. She graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2014. Upon graduating, Katie moved to Aurora, IL, were she started her career in ABA working as Registered Behavior Technician with children with autism. In 2016, Katie graduated with her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Aurora University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). After becoming certified, Katie moved to Indianapolis where she worked with both children and teens with autism. Katie has always known she wanted to work with children. Her passion for children with autism started when a family member was diagnosed and has increased with each child she has worked with. Each day brings a new challenge and a different success and Katie loves what she does and feels so privileged to be able to help so many individuals.

Margaret Hatteberg

Margaret Hatteberg, BCBA, loves seeing the progress that clients make. She is motivated to continuously figure out the best teaching procedures in order for children to learn to be successful. Margaret enjoys working with clients that are transitioning into a school setting. Seeing their success in those environments is a rewarding part of her career. A fun career fact about Margaret is that she is a licensed teacher in the state of Indiana. She is an active member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysts. In addition, she has a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management. Margaret has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Evansville in Elementary and Special Education. She also has a Masters of Arts from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her career goals include furthering her knowledge about combining early childhood development and ABA. A fun fact about Margaret is that she met her husband at the University of Evansville and they have a one-year-old daughter named Lucy!

Maria J Castaneda Duenas

ABA Therapist

Maria’s favorite part of the work she does is working with the kids! Her best experience was when a client remembered my name for the first time. Maria is a CNA and has her HHA License. She is interested in studying Life and Health Sciences with the goal of becoming a Neonatal Nurse. A fun fact about Maria is that she is bilingual and knows many nursery rhymes in Spanish.

Nick Johnson

Registered Behavior Technician

Nick is a Registered Behavior Technician. He graduated from Oakland City University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. He loves psychology, biology, psychometrics, cognitive science, neuroscience, and science. In the future, Nick hopes to become both a BCBA and a clinical psychologist. His future aspirations are to be able to both diagnose and work with individuals <span class=”text_exposed_show”>with autism spectrum disorder. </span>In addition, Nick would also like to do research to help further our knowledge of autism’s neurological etiology, variance, and phenotype with an emphasis on atypical presentations.

Nicole Sloan

Registered Behavior Technician

Nicole loves seeing the teachable moments each day at Bridges Autism Therapies! Her best experience was when she had a child go above and beyond a goal. Nicole recently passed her RBT exam and looks forward to becoming a BCBA in the future. A fun fact about Nicole is that she once bowled a 264.

Patrick Kroll

Registered Behavior Technician

Patrick Kroll is a Registered Behavior Technician who enjoys connecting with each child individually. His favorite part about working at BAT is the look of discovery in a child’s eyes when finding something new to engage with. He enjoys the bond over sharing this sense of accomplishment when clients master a new skill. Patrick’s best experience at Bridges Autism Therapies was starting on opening day at the brand new Lafayette location. Patrick is trained in several crisis management systems, including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Professional Crisis Management. He is a graduate of Wabash College having earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Music with a minor in Psychology. Patrick looks forward to obtaining a Master’s Degree with a focus in Behavior Analysis/Special Education with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. A fun fact about Patrick is that he is a jack of all trades! He is a trained operatic singer, toured around the country and abroad with a choir, was a former stand-up comedian, and is a barista!

Ryan McIntyre

Ryan McIntyre is a Registered Behavior Technician at Bridges Autism Therapies. He truly believes that you get back what you put into this career. Ryan loves working with children and families to make improvements in their daily lives. Ryan has a master’s degree in management and enjoys applying this skillset each day. A fun fact about Ryan is that he is blind in one eye.

Samantha Woods

Registered Behavior Technician

Samantha Woods is a Registered Behavior Technician for Bridges Autism Therapies. Samantha was born and raised in Chicago and recently moved to Evansville. She attends Illinois State University and is studying psychology with a focus in pediatrics. She loves her cat Periwinkle and playing guitar and bass in her free time. Samantha has a deep passion for working with children and families touched by Autism and is proud to be a part of the Bridges Autism Therapy team.

Shayna Kidwell

Shayna’s favorite part about working for Bridges Autism Therapies is seeing the progress the kiddos make. </span>The best experience she has had at BAT is being around a group of positive coworkers and work environment.
