Ali Anderson

Clinical Trainer, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Ali Anderson has been working in the field of ABA since 2003 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since May 2010.  She began her journey as a behavior technician in a home program while earning her undergraduate degree, during which she developed a great passion for delivering behavior analytic services.  In 2007, she began working as a behavior technician for an Indianapolis based ABA provider offering center-based services.  In 2008, she began providing behavior consultation services at the same facility to clients as a Program Coordinator while working on requirements to become a BCBA.   A few years later, as a BCBA, Ali began specializing in staff training and performance management, taking responsibility for tasks such as modifying company-wide performance standards and monitoring systems for behavior technicians, developing needed content for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, providing and overseeing supervision to BCBA candidates, and supporting and facilitating the continued professional growth of certified BCBAs and BCaBAs on staff.  Most recently, she has spent the last two years providing remote supervision to BCBA candidates for a large ABA provider based in Michigan before joining the Bridges Autism Therapies team in November 2018.

She received her Bachelors in Psychology from Butler University in 2005 and her Masters in School Psychology from Ball State University in 2006.  She completed her behavior analytic coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology.  She is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis (HABA) and a certified Instructor for Professional Crisis Management.  Outside of work, Ali loves to spend time with her husband and two dogs, run half marathons, cheer for Butler basketball, and take trips to Disney World!
